I am renting my timeshare at Marriott’s Harbour lake, which is just minutes from Disney in Orlando, Florida, through an auction on eBay. The auction link is http://bit.ly/ebymrt. The timeshare at Marriott Harbour Lake in Orlando, Florida is an absolutely beautiful resort! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom timeshare with a full kitchen, living room, laundry facilities, pirate ship kiddie pool, miniature golf course on the property, basketball court, and much, much more.
The rental is for the week of November 28, 2010(Sunday) to December 5, 2010(Sunday), which is during Disney’s Christmas(and the Sunday just after Thanksgiving). If you have never been to Disney before at Christmas, especially if you have children, I strongly recommend you go some time!
The auction just started yesterday and is running until next Sunday. The auction started at $200 and there is NO RESERVE, so you could get a full week vacation in the Disney area for $200!It would cost you over $200 PER NIGHT to stay in the exact same villa, so you can save a great deal of money by buying it through the auction- I am just not able to go so my loss is your gain!
There are no other fees to pay; taxes, transfer, and no timeshare presentation to go to- just enjoy the week with whomever you bring along, which the timeshare sleeps up to 8 people, so there is plenty of room! There is a king-size bed in one room, two queens in the other bedroom, and a pull-out sofa that also sleeps two! Even if 8 people go and it costs $100 per person, a total of $800, that is a great deal!
Where could you stay in a luxurious resort with more than enough to do on the property alone, plus the theme parks, for an entire week for $100? What could be more fun for the family than going to a timeshare resort, which is just like living in a condo(with flat panel TV’s, plates, silverware, dishwasher, detergent, and more), and spending quality time with the family and/or friends?
Don’t forget to bid on the auction! I do not expect the rental or the actual timeshare to be on the market for too long. Both the rental and sale of the unit is extremely under-priced compared to exactly the same timeshares; I priced them to sell them quickly!
